A complete nutrition and lifestyle assessment. A written plan and protocol is included. (75 minutes)

Follow-up visit for nutrition and lifestyle education and goal setting. This is for established clients needing occasional follow-up.

My goal is to help you support and/or resolve your health issues. This requires consistency and multiple follow-ups to work on all areas of health. The package  includes the initial assessment and 6- hours of follow up divided up according to the needs of the client. Access for questions on between visits on portal as well. All research time is also included if needed.
